Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 100°C
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add egg
  4. Add vanilla bean paste
  5. Add single cream
  6. Add ground cinnamon
  7. Add icing sugar
  8. Blend until well combined - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  9. Get a clean medium roasting dish
  10. Add sliced stale bread
  11. Transfer egg mixture to bread
  12. Soak evenly
  13. Get a clean frying pan
  14. Add butter
  15. Melt in frying pan - medium heat
  16. Transfer bread to frying pan
  17. Fry one by one in frying pan until lightly browned
  18. Keep warm - 100°C
  19. Get a clean small bowl
  20. Add mascarpone cheese
  21. Add lemon zest
  22. Add icing sugar
  23. Add vanilla bean paste
  24. Whisk
  25. Scoop with tablespoon
  26. Scatter mixed berries
  27. Drizzle with maple syrup
