Step preview

  1. Get a clean medium roasting dish
  2. Add almonds
  3. Add vanilla bean
  4. Cook - 10 min, 200°C
  5. Remove and let cool
  6. Pre-heat - 180°C
  7. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper then set aside
  8. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Add linseeds
  10. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  11. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  12. Transfer nuts to TM5 bowl
  13. Add sea salt
  14. Add almond oil
  15. Blend until thickened - approx 35 sec, speed 10
  16. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  17. Add banana
  18. Add egg
  19. Add maple syrup
  20. Add vanilla bean paste
  21. Add baking powder
  22. Add bicarbonate of soda
  23. Add spelt flour
  24. Transfer seeds to TM5 bowl
  25. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  26. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  27. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  28. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  29. Add granola
  30. Blend - approx 10 sec, dough
  31. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  32. Scoop content of TM5 bowl onto 2 baking sheets
  33. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  34. Serve
