Step preview

  1. Add almonds and vanilla bean to a clean medium roasting dish
  2. Cook - 10 min, 200°C
  3. Remove and let cool
  4. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  5. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper then set aside
  6. Add linseeds to the TM5 bowl
  7. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  8. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  9. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  10. Transfer nuts to TM5 bowl
  11. Add sea salt and almond oil to the TM5 bowl
  12. Blend until thickened - approx 35 sec, speed 10
  13. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  14. Add banana, egg, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and spelt flour to the TM5 bowl
  15. Transfer seeds to TM5 bowl
  16. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  17. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  18. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  19. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  20. Add granola to the TM5 bowl
  21. Blend - approx 10 sec, dough
  22. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  23. Scoop content of TM5 bowl onto 2 baking sheets
  24. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  25. Serve
