Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside chocolate 70%: finely chopped
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add plum
  4. Add caster sugar
  5. Add amaretto
  6. Add vanilla extract
  7. Cook - approx 10 min, 90°C, reverse speed 1
  8. Let cool
  9. Divide fruit between 4 jars
  10. Add greek yogurt
  11. Add granola
  12. Garnish with blueberries
  13. Top with shredded coconut
  14. Sprinkle with prepared chocolate 70%
  15. Serve
