  • Bread flour icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  • 2. Brush a loaf tin with melted butter or oil and set aside
  • 3. Add bread flour, pink Himalayan salt flakes, spelt flakes, ground cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, dates, coconut sugar, honey, milk, egg and vanilla extract to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blend with MC in place 20 sec, speed 7
  • 5. Pour mixture into loaf pan
  • 6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden and inserted skewer comes out clean
  • 7. Let cool on round wire rack
  • 8. Serve
