  1. Pre-heat - 160°C
  2. Grease a clean loaf pan
  3. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  4. Add bread flour
  5. Add sea salt
  6. Add oats
  7. Add ground cinnamon
  8. Add bicarbonate of soda
  9. Add baking powder
  10. Add dates
  11. Add coconut sugar
  12. Add honey
  13. Add milk
  14. Add egg
  15. Add vanilla extract
  16. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 7
  17. Pour mixture into loaf pan
  18. Bake until light golden - 45 min, 160°C
  19. Let cool on round wire rack
  20. Serve
