Honey, can we have date loaf for breakfast?? Well sure you can, in almost no time apart from the baking that is! SO quick! You're welcome.
Ingredients
Bread flour260 g
Pink himalayan salt flakes1 pinch
Spelt flakes30 g
Ground cinnamon2 teaspoons
Bicarbonate of soda1 teaspoon
Baking powder1 teaspoon
Dates200 g
Coconut sugar40 g
Honey40 g
Milk300 ml
Egg1
Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
2. Brush a loaf tin with melted butter or oil and set aside
3. Add bread flour, pink Himalayan salt flakes, spelt flakes, ground cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, dates, coconut sugar, honey, milk, egg and vanilla extract to the TM5 bowl
4. Blend with MC in place 20 sec, speed 7
5. Pour mixture into loaf pan
6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden and inserted skewer comes out clean
7. Let cool on round wire rack
8. Serve
