Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Grease a clean loaf pan
  3. Add bread flour, sea salt, oats, ground cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, dates, coconut sugar, honey, milk, egg and vanilla extract to the TM5 bowl
  4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  5. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 7
  6. Pour mixture into loaf pan
  7. Bake until light golden - 45 min, 160°C
  8. Let cool on round wire rack
  9. Serve
