Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside parmesan cheese: cubed
  2. Prep and set aside fresh basil: torn
  3. Prep and set aside lemon: juice of & zest of
  4. Get a clean frying pan
  5. Add pine nuts
  6. Toast gently in frying pan until light golden then set aside
  7. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  8. Add prepared parmesan cheese
  9. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  10. Add garlic clove
  11. Add prepared fresh basil
  12. Blend - approx 5 sec, speed 7
  13. Transfer nuts to TM5 bowl
  14. Mix - approx 30 sec, speed 4
  15. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil while machine is running
  16. Add sea salt to taste
  17. Add prepared lemon
  18. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  19. Serve
