Flaky pie crust is seriously the best dessert invention ever. No sugar, buttery, feather light. It is really the way to go for most of my pies!

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside water: cold
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add butter
  4. Add coconut oil
  5. Add plain flour
  6. Add sea salt
  7. Add apple cider vinegar
  8. Mix - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  9. Add prepared water while blending
  10. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 7
  11. Form into a ball
  12. Wrap with plastic wrap
  13. Chill in fridge - approx 20 min
