The healthy version of Vegemite...or Promite. If they had a love child, this would be it! My grandy loves this version, and so do I!

  • Chinese black vinegar icon
    Chinese black vinegar100 g
  • Coconut sugar icon
    Coconut sugar50 g
  • Tahini icon
    Tahini50 g
  • Miso paste icon
    Miso paste20 g
  • Tamari icon
    Tamari50 g
  • Garlic powder icon
    Garlic powder2 teaspoons
    Method

  • 1. Add chinese black vinegar and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Cook - approx 10 min, Varoma, speed 2
  • 3. Then add tahini, miso paste, tamari and garlic powder to the mixture
  • 4. Blend - approx 1 min, Varoma, speed 10
  • 5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 6. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 6
  • 7. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 8. Transfer mixture to jar
  • 9. Store in fridge
