    100g (about ½ cup)
  • Coconut sugar icon
    Coconut sugar
    50g (about 4 tbsp)
  • Tahini icon
    50g (about 3⅛ tbsp)
  • Miso paste icon

    20g (about 1⅛ tbsp)
  • Tamari icon
    50g (about 2¾ tbsp)
  • Garlic powder icon

    2 tsp (5g)

Step preview

  1. Add chinese black vinegar and coconut sugar to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Cook - approx 10 min, varoma, speed 2
  4. Then add tahini, miso paste, tamari and garlic powder to the mixture
  5. Blend - approx 1 min, varoma, speed 10
  6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  7. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 6
  8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  9. Transfer mixture to jar
  10. Store in fridge
