Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside bulb of garlic: broken up & unpeeled
  2. Prep and set aside lemon: juice of
  3. Fill a clean large glass bowl with ice water then set aside
  4. Get the simmering basket
  5. Add prepared bulb of garlic then set aside
  6. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  7. Add water
  8. Boil - approx 8 min, 100°C, speed 3
  9. Cook garlic - approx 30 sec, 100°C, speed 3
  10. Transfer garlic to large glass bowl
  11. Peel
  12. Drain TM5 bowl
  13. Transfer garlic to TM5 bowl
  14. Add extra virgin olive oil
  15. Add prepared lemon
  16. Add sea salt
  17. Cook - approx 1 hr, 80°C, reverse gentle stir
  18. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar and let cool
  19. Store in fridge
