    Method

  • 1. Add garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - 3 sec, speed 5
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Add all remaining ingredients
  • 5. Blend - 10 sec, speed 6
  • 6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 7. Cook - 1 hr, 80°C, speed 2
