Step preview

  1. Add garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  4. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  5. Add dry mustard, water, ground turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, coconut sugar and apple cider vinegar to the sauce
  6. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  7. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  8. Cook - approx 1 hr, 80°C, speed 2
  9. Let cool
  10. Transfer sauce to jar
  11. Store in fridge
