Step preview

  1. Add vegetable stock to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Add gnocchi to the large saucepan
  4. Cook until tender - 3 min
  5. Add gorgonzola cheese, double cream and nutmeg to the large saucepan
  6. Stir until completely melted
  7. Add baby spinach to the large saucepan
  8. Stir until heated through
  9. Serve
  10. Season with black pepper
