  3. Get a clean large saucepan
  4. Add vegetable stock
  5. Boil
  6. Add gnocchi
  7. Cook for 3min until tender
  8. Add prepared gorgonzola cheese
  9. Add double cream
  10. Add prepared nutmeg
  11. Stir until completely melted
  12. Add baby spinach
  13. Stir until heated through
  14. Serve
  15. Season with black pepper
