Step preview

  1. Add sweet pepper to a clean baking sheet
  2. Rub olive oil onto the peppers
  3. Grill until softened - 5 min, Grill 2
  4. Remove to a cutting board and let cool slightly
  5. Slice lengthwise
  6. Remove seeds with a tablespoon
  7. Add egg yolk, feta cheese, plain yogurt and lemon to a clean food processor bowl
  8. Blend until smooth
  9. Spoon cheese mixture into peppers
  10. Crumble feta cheese over the peppers
  11. Sprinkle with dried oregano
  12. Grill until light golden - 7 min, Grill 2
  13. Serve
