Step preview

  1. Get a clean food processor bowl
  2. Add blanched almonds
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Get a clean saucepan
  5. Add water
  6. Add granulated sugar
  7. Boil until sugar has dissolved
  8. Stir nuts into milk mixture
  9. Simmer for 5min
  10. Stir orange blossom water
  11. Prepare a muslin cloth
  12. Let cool milk mixture
  13. Transfer milk mixture to muslin cloth
  14. Strain carefully
  15. Add ice
  16. Serve
