    250 g (about 1 ½ cups)
  • Water icon
    600 ml (about 600 g)
  • Granulated sugar icon

    100 g (about ½ cup)
  • Orange blossom water icon

    1 tbsp (about 13.2 g)

Step preview

  1. Add blanched almonds to a clean food processor bowl
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add water and granulated sugar to a clean saucepan
  4. Boil until sugar has dissolved
  5. Stir nuts into milk mixture
  6. Simmer - 5 min
  7. Stir orange blossom water into the milk mixture
  8. Prepare a clean muslin cloth
  9. Let cool milk mixture
  10. Transfer milk mixture to muslin cloth
  11. Strain carefully
  12. Add ice to the muslin cloth
  13. Serve
