Potato rolls are soft, squishy and perfectly golden. Made with cubes of cooked potato, these are a great bread recipe for kids or beginner bread makers. Use a mini loaf pan with two rolls per hole, or arrange rolls in a circle in a round baking pan. Brush with a little melted butter when they come out and voila, great for a dinner party, sandwiches, or sliders.
