  1. Prep and set aside fresh parsley: chopped
  2. Prep and set aside fresh thyme: chopped
  3. Prep and set aside rosemary: chopped
  4. Prep and set aside fresh sage: chopped
  5. Prep and set aside rocket: chopped
  6. Prep and set aside garlic clove: chopped
  7. Prep and set aside hard goat cheese: grated
  8. Get a clean frying pan
  9. Add blanched hazelnut
  10. Toast in frying pan for approx 4min until light golden
  11. Transfer content of frying pan to plate
  12. Let cool
  13. Get a clean food processor bowl
  14. Add prepared fresh parsley
  15. Add prepared fresh thyme
  16. Add prepared rosemary
  17. Add prepared fresh sage
  18. Add prepared rocket
  19. Add prepared garlic clove
  20. Transfer nuts to food processor bowl
  21. Pulse briefly
  22. Pour extra virgin olive oil gently while machine is running
  23. Transfer content of food processor bowl to large mixing bowl
  24. Add prepared hard goat cheese
  25. Add lemon juice to a large saucepan
  26. Stir
  27. Season to taste
  28. Get large saucepan
  29. Add water
  30. Add salt
  31. Boil
  32. Add ravioli
  33. Cook for approx 2min 30s until al dente
  34. Drain
  35. Serve
  36. Drizzle
  37. Crumble hard goat cheese
