  1. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  2. Add sea salt
  3. Add bread flour
  4. Add water
  5. Add dried yeast
  6. Mix - approx 15 sec, speed 6
  7. Knead - approx 3 min, dough
  8. Let rest - approx 10 min
  9. Knead - approx 3 min, dough
  10. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  11. Grease with extra virgin olive oil lightly
  12. Transfer dough to dough
  13. Cover with plastic wrap until doubled - 3 hr
  14. Punch down
  15. Divide into halves
  16. Roll into rectangles
  17. Fold
  18. Flip upside down
  19. Transfer with parchment paper
  20. Pre-heat - 220°C
  21. Transfer dough to varoma tray
  22. Slice
  23. Let rise until doubled
  24. Fill with water
  25. Boil - approx 8 min, varoma, speed 2
  26. Steam - approx 10 min, varoma, speed 4
  27. Transfer content of varoma tray to pizza stone
  28. Cook until light golden - 15 min, 220°C
  29. Let cool on round wire rack
  30. Slice
  31. Serve
