Step preview

  1. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  2. Add sea salt
  3. Add bread flour
  4. Add water
  5. Add dried yeast
  6. Mix for approx 15s
  7. Knead for approx 3min
  8. Let rest for approx 10min
  9. Knead for approx 3min
  10. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  11. Grease with extra virgin olive oil lightly
  12. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl
  13. Cover with plastic wrap for 3h until doubled
  14. Punch down
  15. Divide into halves
  16. Roll into rectangles
  17. Fold
  18. Flip upside down
  19. Transfer with parchment paper
  20. Pre-heat
  21. Transfer dough to varoma tray
  22. Slice
  23. Let rise until doubled
  24. Fill with water
  25. Boil for approx 8min
  26. Steam for approx 10min
  27. Transfer content of varoma tray to pizza stone
  28. Cook for 15min until light golden
  29. Let cool on round wire rack
  30. Slice
  31. Serve
