Method
1. Add bread flour, sugar and buttermilk to the TM5 bowl
2. Cook and let cool - approx 3 min, 80°C, speed 3
3. Then add bread flour, sea salt, butter and buttermilk to the dough
4. Mix - approx 10 sec, speed 6
5. Then add dried yeast to the dough
6. Mix - approx 4 min, dough
7. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl
8. Cover with kitchen towel
9. Let rise until doubled
10. Shape into balls
11. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
12. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
13. Cover with kitchen towel until doubled
14. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
15. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
16. Serve immediately
