  1. Prep and set aside hazelnuts: roasted & skinned
  2. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Add prepared hazelnuts
  4. Add sugar
  5. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  6. Add cocoa powder
  7. Add unsalted butter
  8. Add dark chocolate chips
  9. Add vanilla bean paste
  10. Add milk
  11. Cook - approx 8 min, 60°C, speed 3
  12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  13. Store in fridge
