Step preview

  1. Add hazelnuts and sugar to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  4. Then add cocoa powder, unsalted butter, dark chocolate chips, vanilla bean paste and milk to the TM5 bowl
  5. Cook - approx 8 min, 60°C, speed 3
  6. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  7. Store in fridge
