  • Dark chocolate icon

    400 g (about 2 ¼ cups)

    1 tbsp (about 16.5 g)

Step preview

  1. Add peanut butter, dark chocolate and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Heat - approx 30 min, 37°C, speed 1
  4. Get a clean muffin pan
  5. Line in paper liners
  6. Spoon half of chocolate mixture into muffin pan
  7. Fill with peanut butter one by one
  8. Spoon the rest of chocolate mixture into muffin pan
  9. Sprinkle with sea salt
  10. Chill in fridge until set
  11. Serve
