Method
1. Add fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
2. Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 7
3. Set aside
4. Add scallion, garlic clove, ginger and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
5. Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 7
6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
7. Chop again if any large pieces remain - 3 sec, speed 7
8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
9. Add ground turmeric to the TM5 bowl
10. Sauté for 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
11. Then add carrot, celery stalk, chicken stock and water to the TM5 bowl
12. Cook for 15 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
13. Then add chicken thighs to the TM5 bowl
14. Cook for 7 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
15. Add courgette to the clean large serving bowls
16. Pour hot soup over zoodles, sprinkle with parsley and serve
