    Method

  • 1. Add fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 7
  • 3. Set aside
  • 4. Add scallion, garlic clove, ginger and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Chop with MC in place 3 sec, speed 7
  • 6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 7. Chop again if any large pieces remain - 3 sec, speed 7
  • 8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 9. Add ground turmeric to the TM5 bowl
  • 10. Sauté for 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 11. Then add carrot, celery stalk, chicken stock and water to the TM5 bowl
  • 12. Cook for 15 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  • 13. Then add chicken thighs to the TM5 bowl
  • 14. Cook for 7 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  • 15. Add courgette to the clean large serving bowls
  • 16. Pour hot soup over zoodles, sprinkle with parsley and serve
