A very simple but yet incredibly delicious start to any day. You can pre-make ahead of time and simply finish to order. Substitute spinach or ham for the smoked salmon!
Ingredients
Black pepperas neededfreshly cracked
Swiss cheeseas neededfinely grated
Smoked salmonas needed
Egg10
Single creamas needed
Pink himalayan salt flakesas needed
Water1 L
Method
1. Pre-heat oven with grill function to 200°C
2. Add smoked salmon (or ham or baby spinach) to the clean ramekins
3. Crack egg into each ramekin
4. Add a dash of cream, black pepper and pink salt flakes to each ramekin
5. Top with swiss cheese
6. Add water to the TM5 bowl
7. Transfer ramekins to varoma tray
8. Steam - approx 10 min, Varoma, speed 3
9. Transfer ramekins to an ovenproof tray and bake until light golden - 10 min, 200°C
10. Serve hot
