A very simple but yet incredibly delicious start to any day. You can pre-make ahead of time and simply finish to order. Substitute spinach or ham for the smoked salmon!

    1 liter (1000ml)

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 200°C
  2. Add smoked salmon to the clean ramekins
  3. Crack egg the ramekin
  4. Add single cream and salt & pepper to the ramekin
  5. Top with swiss cheese
  6. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  7. Transfer ramekin to varoma tray
  8. Steam - approx 10 min, varoma, speed 3
  9. Bake ramekins until light golden - 10 min, 200°C
  10. Serve immediately
