A very simple but yet incredibly delicious start to any day. You can pre-make ahead of time and simply finish to order. Substitute spinach or ham for the smoked salmon!

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside swiss cheese: grated
  2. Pre-heat - 200°C
  3. Get 10 clean ramekins
  4. Add smoked salmon
  5. Crack egg
  6. Add single cream
  7. Add salt & pepper
  8. Top with prepared swiss cheese
  9. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  10. Add water
  11. Transfer 10 ramekin to varoma tray
  12. Steam - approx 10 min, varoma, speed 3
  13. Bake ramekins until light golden - 10 min, 200°C
  14. Serve immediately
