A very simple but yet incredibly delicious start to any day. You can pre-make ahead of time and simply finish to order. Substitute spinach or ham for the smoked salmon!

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside swiss cheese: grated
  2. Pre-heat
  3. Get a clean ramekin
  4. Add smoked salmon
  5. Crack egg
  6. Add single cream
  7. Add salt & pepper
  8. Top with prepared swiss cheese
  9. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  10. Add water
  11. Transfer 10 ramekin to varoma tray
  12. Steam for approx 10min
  13. Bake ramekin for 10min until light golden
  14. Serve immediately
