Whip this jam up for a fragrant gift, or just keep it for yourself and load up that sourdough toast! Cannot think of a better way to start any day!

  • Apricot icon

  • Orange icon
    Orange1finely grated, zest of, juice of
  • Vanilla bean icon

  • Golden caster sugar icon
    Golden caster sugar200 g
    Method

  • 1. Add apricot, golden caster sugar, finely grated orange zest, orange juice and vanilla bean to the TM bowl
  • 2. Cook - 45 min, Varoma, reverse speed 1 - with the simmering basket on top of the lid instead of the MC
  • 3. Pour into sterilised jars and keep in the fridge until use
