Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside clementine: juice of & quartered
  2. Prep and set aside prawns: unpeeled
  3. Prep and set aside clementine: halved
  4. Prep and set aside coriander: chopped
  5. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  6. Add garlic clove
  7. Add fresh chilli
  8. Add dark brown sugar
  9. Add dark soy sauce
  10. Add prepared clementine
  11. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  12. Get a clean medium bowl
  13. Add prepared prawns
  14. Transfer marinade to fish
  15. Marinate in fridge - 2 hr
  16. Assemble
  17. Pre-heat
  18. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  19. Grill until cooked through
  20. Add prepared clementine
  21. Garnish with prepared coriander
  22. Serve immediately
