Method
1. Add plain flour, shredded coconut, coconut cream, pink Himalayan salt flakes, egg, coconut sugar and butter to the TM5 bowl
2. Blend with MC in place 20 sec, speed 8
3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
4. Blend with MC in place 20 sec, speed 8
5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
6. Let rest - 20 min
7. Blend with MC in place 20 sec, speed 8
8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
9. Heat waffle iron
10. Place approx 1⁄4-1/2 cup mixture into the middle of the waffle iron and cook until golden
11. Top with avocado, salmon slices, a few spring onions and a drizzle of the reserved coconut cream and serve with a lime wedge
