    METHOD


  • 1. Add unsalted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Mix well
  • 3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough and mix
  • 4. Add sea salt, cocoa powder and plain flour to the dough
  • 5. Add bicarbonate of soda to a clean baking sheet
  • 6. Mix dough well
  • 7. Add dark chocolate to the dough and mix
  • 8. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  • 9. Pre-heat oven - 191°C
  • 10. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 11. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
  • 12. Bake and let cool - 10 min, 191°C
  • 13. Add dark chocolate to a clean small bowl
  • 14. Melt
  • 15. Pipe chocolate mixture onto baking sheet
  • 16. Sprinkle with sea salt
  • 17. Leave until set
