    METHOD


  • 1. Add apple juice, maple syrup, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom pods, lemon peel and allspice to a clean saucepan
  • 2. Heat until simmering - medium heat
  • 3. Simmer - 10 min
  • 4. Add brandy to the juice
  • 5. Stir with slotted spoon
  • 6. Strain with sieve
  • 7. Serve immediately
