    METHOD


  • 1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 2. Add anise seeds, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, coriander seeds and cumin seeds to a clean medium bowl
  • 3. Mix together and set aside
  • 4. Add powdered sugar to a clean small bowl then set aside
  • 5. Transfer seeds to frying pan
  • 6. Cook - 3 min, medium heat
  • 7. Transfer sugar mixture to seeds
  • 8. Cook until sugar has dissolved - high heat
  • 9. Spread seeds with baking sheet
  • 10. Season to taste
  • 11. Let cool completely
