    METHOD


  • 1. Add granulated sugar and water to a clean saucepan
  • 2. Heat until boiling
  • 3. Simmer and set aside - 5 min
  • 4. Let cool
  • 5. Get a clean medium bowl
  • 6. Transfer syrup to medium bowl
  • 7. Add lemon to the mixture
  • 8. Whisk together
  • 9. Churn in ice cream maker
  • 10. Pour in plastic container
  • 11. Freeze until firm
  • 12. Scoop
