Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside carrot: grated & sliced
  2. Prep and set aside scallion: sliced
  3. Prep and set aside sushi rice: rinsed
  4. Prep and set aside cucumber: diced
  5. Prep and set aside avocado: sliced
  6. Fit the TM5 bowl to TM5
  7. Add mirin
  8. Add sesame oil
  9. Add tamari
  10. Add rice wine vinegar
  11. Add lemon juice
  12. Add mayonnaise
  13. Blend for approx 10s
  14. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  15. Retrieve TM5 bowl
  16. Add prepared carrot
  17. Add prepared scallion
  18. Chop for approx 3s
  19. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  20. Retrieve TM5 bowl
  21. Add water
  22. Get the simmering basket
  23. Add prepared sushi rice
  24. Steam for approx 14min
  25. Drain
  26. Transfer rice to large serving bowl
  27. Arrange prepared cucumber
  28. Add prepared avocado
  29. Arrange smoked salmon
  30. Add nori sheets
  31. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  32. Garnish with wasabi
  33. Garnish with pickled ginger
  34. Serve
