  1. Prep and set aside butter: room temperature
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add brown sugar
  4. Add prepared butter
  5. Add sugar
  6. Add plain flour
  7. Add salt
  8. Add baking powder
  9. Add egg
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Blend with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 12
  13. Add chocolate chips
  14. Blend with filler cap removed - 5 sec, speed 12
  15. Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  17. Roll into a log
  18. Wrap with plastic wrap
  19. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  20. Pre-heat - 160°C
  21. Slice
  22. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  23. Transfer content of work surface to baking sheet
  24. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 160°C
  25. Transfer onto cooling rack
  26. Serve
