Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add brown sugar, butter, sugar, plain flour, salt, baking powder and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Blend with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Then add chocolate chips to the kCook bowl
  7. Blend with filler cap removed - 5 sec, speed 12
  8. Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  10. Roll into a log
  11. Wrap with plastic wrap
  12. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  13. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  14. Slice
  15. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  16. Transfer content of work surface to baking sheet
  17. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 160°C
  18. Transfer onto cooling rack
  19. Serve
