This recipe uses the steamer attachment to steam the fish, seafood and peas whilst you cook the sauce in the kCook bowl below. The crumble topping is a simple mixture of panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and dill.

Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside leek: rinsed & trimmed
  2. Prep and set aside fresh parsley: finely chopped & destalked
  3. Prep and set aside fish fillet: boned, skinned & cubed - 2 cm
  4. Prep and set aside mixed seafood
  5. Prep and set aside frozen peas
  6. Prep and set aside dill: destalked & finely chopped
  7. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  8. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  9. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Add butter
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  13. Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 3
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  15. Slice prepared leek with direct prep attachment
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  17. Add peeled, crushed garlic clove
  18. Add salt & pepper
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 140°C, speed 4
  20. Add prepared fresh parsley
  21. Add bay leaves
  22. Add white wine
  23. Add lemon juice
  24. Add double cream
  25. Add prepared fish fillet to the steamer tray
  26. Add prepared mixed seafood
  27. Add prepared frozen peas
  28. Assemble
  29. Steam - 5 min, 104°C, speed 1
  30. Remove
  31. Transfer fish to ceramic baking dish
  32. Get a clean small bowl
  33. Add cornflour
  34. Add water and mix
  35. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  36. Transfer mixture to sauce
  37. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 98°C, speed 4
  38. Transfer sauce to ceramic baking dish and mix
  39. Pre-heat - 180°C
  40. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  41. Add panko breadcrumbs
  42. Add prepared dill
  43. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  44. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  45. Grate parmesan cheese with direct prep attachment
  46. Mix with tablespoon
  47. Add olive oil
  48. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  49. Transfer mixture to ceramic baking dish evenly
  50. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 180°C
  51. Serve
