This recipe uses the steamer attachment to steam the fish, seafood and peas whilst you cook the sauce in the kCook bowl below. The crumble topping is a simple mixture of panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and dill.

Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice leek into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Add garlic clove to the sauce
  12. Add salt & pepper to the sauce
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 140°C, speed 4
  14. Then add fresh parsley, bay leaves, white wine, lemon juice and double cream to the sauce
  15. Add fish fillet, mixed seafood and frozen peas to the steamer tray
  16. Assemble
  17. Steam - 5 min, 104°C, speed 1
  18. Remove
  19. Transfer fish to ceramic baking dish
  20. Add cornflour and water to a clean small bowl and mix
  21. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  22. Transfer mixture to sauce
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 98°C, speed 4
  24. Transfer sauce to ceramic baking dish and mix
  25. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  26. Add panko breadcrumbs and dill to a clean large mixing bowl
  27. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  28. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  29. Grate parmesan cheese into the mixture with direct prep attachment
  30. Mix with tablespoon
  31. Add olive oil to the mixture
  32. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  33. Transfer mixture to ceramic baking dish evenly
  34. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 180°C
  35. Serve
