    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  • 2. Add peanuts to a clean medium bowl
  • 3. Grind until fine
  • 4. Add powdered sugar, peanut oil and coconut oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 5. Transfer
  • 6. Blend until dough forms
  • 7. Roll into balls
  • 8. Transfer dough to 2 baking sheets
  • 9. Flatten slightly
  • 10. Top with peanuts
  • 11. Add egg yolk to a clean small bowl
  • 12. Beat briefly
  • 13. Brush cookies with eggs lightly
  • 14. Bake baking sheets until light golden - 15 min, 170°C
  • 15. Transfer onto cooling rack
