Method
1. Add water, dried yeast and granulated sugar to a clean jug
2. Stir then set aside
3. Add bread flour and salt to a clean stand mixer bowl
4. Mix until just combined - dough hook
5. Transfer yeast mixture to dough slowly until combined
6. Mix until elastic - 10 min, medium speed
7. Cover with plastic wrap
8. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
9. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
11. Split into halves and knead briefly
12. Form each half into a smooth ball
13. Let rest a clean lightly floured surface - 5 min
14. Dust with durum semolina flour
15. Add fresh parsley, salted butter, garlic and salt to a clean medium bowl
16. Mix until combined
17. Roll out dough
18. Divide and spread butter onto each pizza bread dough
19. Top with cherry tomatoes
20. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
21. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
22. Slice with pizza cutter
