Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside garlic: peeled & minced
  2. Prep and set aside cherry tomatoes: sliced
  3. Prep and set aside cheddar cheese: grated
  4. Prep and set aside mozzarella cheese: grated
  5. Get a clean jug
  6. Add warm water
  7. Add dried yeast
  8. Add granulated sugar
  9. Stir then set aside
  10. Get a clean stand mixer bowl
  11. Add bread flour
  12. Add salt
  13. Mix until just combined - dough hook
  14. Transfer yeast mixture to dough slowly
  15. Mix until elastic - 10 min, medium speed
  16. Cover with plastic wrap
  17. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  18. Pre-heat - 200°C
  19. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  20. Split into halves
  21. Knead briefly
  22. Form into balls
  23. Let rest - 5 min
  24. Dust with durum semolina flour
  25. Get a clean medium bowl
  26. Add finely chopped fresh parsley
  27. Add soft salted butter
  28. Add prepared garlic
  29. Add salt
  30. Mix until combined
  31. Roll out dough into rounds
  32. Transfer dough to 2 baking sheets
  33. Divide butter between 2 dough
  34. Spread evenly
  35. Top with prepared cherry tomatoes
  36. Sprinkle with prepared cheddar cheese
  37. Sprinkle with prepared mozzarella cheese
  38. Slice with pizza cutter
  39. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
