Step preview

  1. Add water, dried yeast and granulated sugar to a clean jug
  2. Stir then set aside
  3. Add bread flour and salt to a clean stand mixer bowl
  4. Mix until just combined - dough hook
  5. Transfer yeast mixture to dough slowly
  6. Mix until elastic - 10 min, medium speed
  7. Cover with plastic wrap
  8. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  9. Pre-heat - 200°C
  10. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  11. Split into halves
  12. Knead briefly
  13. Form into balls
  14. Let rest - 5 min
  15. Dust with durum semolina flour
  16. Add fresh parsley, salted butter, garlic and salt to a clean medium bowl
  17. Mix until combined
  18. Roll out dough into rounds
  19. Transfer dough to 2 baking sheets
  20. Divide butter between 2 dough
  21. Spread evenly
  22. Top with cherry tomatoes
  23. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
  24. Slice with pizza cutter
  25. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
