    Method

  • 1. Add tomato and garlic clove to a clean food processor bowl
  • 2. Blend gradually until blended - approx 30 sec, medium speed
  • 3. Add salt, rustic french bread and extra virgin olive oil to the food processor bowl
  • 4. Blend - approx 30 sec, medium speed
  • 5. Blend completely until creamy - approx 2 min, high speed
  • 6. Serve
