Method
1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
2. Add caster sugar and pectin to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
5. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
6. Then add orange
7. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 80°C, speed 3
8. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 104°C, speed 2
9. Then add lemon juice
10. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 104°C, speed 2
11. Transfer jam to 2 jars and let cool
12. Chill overnight in fridge
13. Serve
