This smooth orange marmalade is delicious on toast for breakfast. If you prefer, you can add in the peel from one of the oranges that is either grated or finely chopped.

    INGREDIENTS


  • Orange icon

    500 g (about 2 ½)peeled, coarsely chopped

  • Caster sugar icon
    Caster sugar

    300 g (about 1 ½ cups)

  • Pectin icon
    Pectin

    90 g (about 2 ¾ tablespoons)

  • Lemon juice icon
    Lemon juice

    2 tablespoons (about 27 g)

    METHOD


  • 1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  • 2. Add caster sugar and pectin to the kCook bowl
  • 3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  • 4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  • 5. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  • 6. Then add orange to the jam
  • 7. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 80°C, speed 3
  • 8. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 104°C, speed 2
  • 9. Then add lemon juice to the jam
  • 10. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 104°C, speed 2
  • 11. Transfer jam to 2 jars and let cool
  • 12. Chill overnight in fridge
  • 13. Use
