This is a quick fix for any Indian food cravings, but it doesn’t take quite as long, doesn’t have any crazy ingredients, and pretty much tastes like absolute magic. We’re all about accessible recipes here, right? It’s really easy, and you probably have most of the ingredients already.

Step preview

  1. Add butter to a clean large cast iron skillet
  2. Melt - medium heat
  3. Add chicken breast to the large cast iron skillet
  4. Cook until browned
  5. Transfer content of large cast iron skillet to plate
  6. Retrieve large cast iron skillet
  7. Add butter to the large cast iron skillet
  8. Melt - medium heat
  9. Add onion to the large cast iron skillet
  10. Cook until softened - approx 3 min
  11. Add garlic clove, garam masala, ginger, chilli powder and ground cumin to the large cast iron skillet
  12. Stir until combined - approx 45 sec
  13. Add tomato sauce to the large cast iron skillet
  14. Simmer - 5 min
  15. Add heavy cream to the large cast iron skillet
  16. Transfer chicken to large cast iron skillet
  17. Simmer - 15 min, low heat
  18. Add butter and salt & pepper to the large cast iron skillet
  19. Stir
  20. Serve
  21. Garnish with lime and coriander
