Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
2. Add semisweet chocolate and unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
3. Heat in microwave until completely melted
4. Whisk together until blended
5. Add brown sugar, salt and egg and whisk in until smooth
6. Add cocoa powder and coffee powder and mix until combined
7. Prepare a clean mini muffin pan with paper muffin cups
8. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to mini muffin pan
9. Bake until just set - 15 min, 190°C
10. Transfer onto cooling rack until completely cool
11. Add cream cheese and unsalted butter to a clean stand mixer bowl
12. Mix until light and fluffy
13. Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar and vanilla extract
14. Mix until smooth
15. Frost with piping bag
