I kept it super simple for this smoothie: frozen strawberries, yogurt, milk, and oatmeal. You could add a splash of vanilla if you wanted, or even a handful of spinach (I swear you won’t taste it). Talk about a quick smoothie! 45 seconds later, you’re eating breakfast.
