Start with cooked quinoa, and all you need is milk (I’ve been using coconut milk or cashew milk), berries (fresh or frozen), and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Pop it all in the microwave for 60-90 seconds and there you have it, a tasty tasty breakfast! Not to mention healthy, and easy!
