  2. Prep and set aside garlic clove: minced
  3. Get a clean cutting board
  4. Add chicken breast
  5. Rub in paprika
  6. Rub in salt & pepper
  7. Get a clean medium cast iron skillet
  8. Add butter
  9. Melt - high heat
  10. Transfer content of cutting board to medium cast iron skillet
  11. Cook until light golden - 3 min
  12. Flip then reduce heat
  13. Cook until crispy - 3 min, medium heat
  14. Add butter
  15. Add prepared fresh thyme
  16. Add prepared garlic clove
  17. Cook while stirring occasionally - 2 min
  18. Add white wine
  19. Simmer gently - 20 min
  20. Add spinach
  21. Cook until softened
  22. Serve
