Step preview

  1. Add chicken breast to a clean cutting board
  2. Rub in paprika and salt & pepper the cutting board
  3. Add butter to a clean medium cast iron skillet
  4. Melt - high heat
  5. Transfer content of cutting board to medium cast iron skillet
  6. Cook until light golden - 3 min
  7. Flip then reduce heat
  8. Cook until crispy - 3 min, medium heat
  9. Add butter, fresh thyme and garlic clove to the medium cast iron skillet
  10. Cook while stirring occasionally - 2 min
  11. Add white wine to the medium cast iron skillet
  12. Simmer gently - 20 min
  13. Add spinach to the medium cast iron skillet
  14. Cook until softened
  15. Serve
