This is the best way to use up leftover rosé or cheap moscato. It's absolutely refreshing and also makes a great drink for a summer brunch (move over mimosa!)

    Ingredients

  • Frozen strawberries icon
    Frozen strawberries150 ghulled
  • Rosé wine icon
    Rosé wine175 ml
  • Lillet blanc icon
    Lillet blanc50 ml
  • Lime icon
    Lime½
    Method

  • 1. Add frozen strawberries, rosé wine and lillet blanc to a clean blender jug
  • 2. Blend - 2 min, low speed
  • 3. Transfer content of blender jug to spritz glass
  • 4. Garnish with lime
