This is the best way to use up leftover rosé or cheap moscato. It's absolutely refreshing and also makes a great drink for a summer brunch (move over mimosa!)
Ingredients
Frozen strawberries150 ghulled
Rosé wine175 ml
Lillet blanc50 ml
Lime½
Method
1. Add frozen strawberries, rosé wine and lillet blanc to a clean blender jug
2. Blend - 2 min, low speed
3. Transfer content of blender jug to spritz glass
4. Garnish with lime
