  1. Prep and set aside unsalted butter: melted
  2. Prep and set aside milk chocolate: broken up
  3. Prep and set aside dark chocolate: broken up
  4. Get a clean food processor bowl
  5. Add biscuits
  6. Blitz until coarse crumbs form
  7. Add prepared unsalted butter
  8. Stir until combined
  9. Transfer content of food processor bowl to pie dish
  10. Press firmly until smooth
  11. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  12. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  13. Add double cream
  14. Whisk until soft peaks form
  15. Add cream cheese
  16. Add icing sugar
  17. Add orange extract
  18. Add food coloring
  19. Whisk until smooth
  20. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to cake
  21. Chill in fridge
  22. Get a clean saucepan
  23. Add double cream
  24. Heat until simmering and turn off heat
  25. Add prepared milk chocolate
  26. Add prepared dark chocolate
  27. Cover until melted - 10 min
  28. Stir until combined
  29. Let cool - 10 min
  30. Stir
  31. Transfer content of saucepan to cake
  32. Chill in fridge - 10 min
  33. Transfer cake to serving plate
  34. Garnish with candied citrus peel
  35. Serve
