Step preview

  1. Add biscuits to a clean food processor bowl
  2. Blitz until coarse crumbs form
  3. Add unsalted butter to the food processor bowl
  4. Stir until combined
  5. Transfer content of food processor bowl to pie dish
  6. Press firmly until smooth
  7. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  8. Add double cream to a clean large mixing bowl
  9. Whisk until soft peaks form
  10. Add cream cheese, icing sugar, orange extract and food coloring to the large mixing bowl
  11. Whisk until smooth
  12. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to cake
  13. Chill in fridge
  14. Add double cream to a clean saucepan
  15. Heat until simmering and turn off heat
  16. Add milk chocolate and dark chocolate to the saucepan
  17. Cover until melted - 10 min
  18. Stir until combined
  19. Let cool - 10 min
  20. Stir
  21. Transfer content of saucepan to cake
  22. Chill in fridge - 10 min
  23. Transfer cake to serving plate
  24. Garnish with candied citrus peel
  25. Serve
