  1. Get a clean jug
  2. Add plain flour
  3. Form a well
  4. Add egg
  5. Whisk
  6. Add milk
  7. Whisk until combined
  8. Refrigerate in fridge - 30 min
  9. Pre-heat - 220°C
  10. Get a clean muffin pan
  11. Add lard
  12. Heat - 10 min, 220°C
  13. Add salt & pepper to a jug
  14. Whisk briefly
  15. Transfer content of jug to muffin pan quickly
  16. Cook until light golden - 15 min, 220°C
