Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Add butter to a clean saucepan
  3. Heat until melted - medium heat
  4. Add spinach to the saucepan
  5. Cook until softened and turn off heat - 2 min
  6. Let cool
  7. Chop then set aside
  8. Add potato and hard goat cheese to a clean large mixing bowl
  9. Mix well until combined
  10. Mix content of saucepan into mixture then set aside
  11. Add panko breadcrumbs, paprika and vegetable oil to a clean medium bowl
  12. Mix then set aside
  13. Add plain flour and salt & pepper to a clean small bowl
  14. Mix then set aside
  15. Add egg to a clean small bowl then set aside
  16. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  17. Assemble mixture
  18. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  19. Garnish with fresh parsley
  20. Add sweet chilli sauce and crème fraîche to a clean ramekin
  21. Swirl
  22. Serve
