Step preview

  1. Add bread flour, salt, caster sugar, quick-rise yeast, unsalted butter and milk to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix until dough forms - approx 8 min, medium speed
  3. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to large mixing bowl
  5. Cover with plastic wrap
  6. Prove until doubled - approx 1 hr
  7. Grease a clean ceramic baking dish
  8. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to lightly floured surface
  9. Knead
  10. Roll into balls
  11. Transfer content of lightly floured surface to ceramic baking dish
  12. Cover with plastic wrap
  13. Let rise - approx 30 min
  14. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  15. Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic clove, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, baby spinach, bacon and black pepper to a clean medium bowl
  16. Mix together
  17. Transfer content of medium bowl to ceramic baking dish
  18. Bake until golden brown - 30 min, 190°C
  19. Let cool - approx 10 min
  20. Brush with butter
  21. Garnish with fresh parsley
