    168g (about ½ cup)

Step preview

  1. Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and double cream to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Whisk until thick
  3. Prepare a clean loaf pan
  4. Spoon two thirds of content of large mixing bowl into loaf pan
  5. Add lemon curd to the loaf pan
  6. Swirl slightly
  7. Transfer the rest of content of large mixing bowl to loaf pan
  8. Top with lemon curd
  9. Swirl
  10. Sprinkle with biscuits
  11. Freeze - approx 3 hr
