Step preview

  1. Add quick-cooking oats, dried cranberries, raisins, dried cherries, flaked almonds, salt, coconut oil, honey, light brown sugar and almond extract to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix until combined
  3. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to baking sheet
  5. Flatten evenly
  6. Refrigerate in fridge until firm - 1 hr
