    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  • 2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  • 3. Roll out puff pastry onto a clean lightly floured surface
  • 4. Spread with black olive tapenade
  • 5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  • 6. Roll tightly
  • 7. Slice carefully
  • 8. Transfer pastry to 2 baking sheets
  • 9. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 220°C
  • 10. Transfer onto cooling rack
