    METHOD


  • 1. Add onion to a clean large saucepan
  • 2. Sauté - approx 5 min
  • 3. Add apple, ginger, black peppercorns, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, bay leaves, cinnamon stick and cloves to the large saucepan
  • 4. Heat gently until dissolved
  • 5. Simmer gently until soft - 25 min
  • 6. Add cranberries to the large saucepan
  • 7. Cook until soft - 10 min
  • 8. Let cool
  • 9. Remove with slotted spoon
  • 10. Transfer content of large saucepan to jar
  • 11. Leave large saucepan in fridge
