Simple and delicious cranberry sauce recipe with a hint of orange. Perfect with roasts, but also goes great with cheese. Use fresh or frozen cranberries.

    60 g (about 3 ⅝ tablespoons)

    85 g (about ½ cup)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add cranberries, orange and orange juice to a clean saucepan
  • 2. Heat until boiling then set aside
  • 3. Add granulated sugar to a clean small bowl
  • 4. Transfer sugar mixture to sauce
  • 5. Stir until sugar has dissolved
  • 6. Serve
