Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 390°F
2. Add sunflower oil to a clean medium roasting dish and place it in the oven to pre-heat
3. Once cooked, add chipolata sausage on top
4. Bake for - 15 min, 200°C
5. In a clean medium bowl whisk together all purpose flour, egg and milk
6. Add milk to the batter slowly while whisking
7. Remove the roasting tin from the oven
8. Pour batter around sausages and bake for - 30 min, 200°C / 390°F
9. Serve with gravy and vegetables
