Yummy Yorkshire pudding and scrummy sausages

  • Sunflower oil icon
    Sunflower oil60 ml
  • Plain flour icon
    Plain flour115 g
  • Egg icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C / 390°F
  • 2. Add sunflower oil to a clean medium roasting dish and place it in the oven to pre-heat
  • 3. Once cooked, add chipolata sausage on top
  • 4. Bake for - 15 min, 200°C
  • 5. In a clean medium bowl whisk together all purpose flour, egg and milk
  • 6. Add milk to the batter slowly while whisking
  • 7. Remove the roasting tin from the oven
  • 8. Pour batter around sausages and bake for - 30 min, 200°C / 390°F
  • 9. Serve with gravy and vegetables
